The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth staff management, excellent customer service delivery, and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage staff and customer-related issues effectively and professionally.
Report to the Head of Business with strategic plans and initiatives to improve customer experience in line with company policies.
Ensure store staff are well-coordinated and aligned with their daily responsibilities.
Serve as the first point of contact for resolving customer complaints and issues.
Monitor and ensure accurate reconciliation of all transactions by relevant team members.
Negotiate and grow business relationships with both existing and prospective customers.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all products available at the store.
Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting and exceeding expectations.
Demonstrate strong understanding of the Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) scheme and its operational processes.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and credit terms.
Provide timely feedback on new product performance and price changes.
Drive sales by closing deals and achieving store targets.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years experience in store management and meeting sales targets.
Proficient in computer systems and how they integrate with related gadgets.
Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
Excellent numeric and analytical skills.
Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
