We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Research Assistant to support clinical and scientific research activities within the hospital. The ideal candidate will assist in conducting studies, collecting and analyzing data, coordinating with clinical staff, and ensuring research protocols are followed to the highest ethical and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, organizing, and conducting clinical or laboratory-based research projects
Recruit, screen, and consent study participants according to protocol requirements
Collect and manage data through patient interviews, surveys and lab reports
Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential documentation of study materials
Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and laboratory staff to support ongoing research
Assist in the preparation of reports, abstracts, and presentations for publication or conferences
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a health sciences, life sciences, or related field
Previous experience in a research or clinical setting is preferred
Knowledge of medical terminology, research ethics, and data handling
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and research software Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
