Job Summary
- We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Media Manager to lead the business, sales, and marketing strategy of our media operations.
- This role is responsible for driving brand visibility, growing media-related revenue, managing campaigns, and overseeing the execution of all marketing and media strategies to meet business goals.
- You will play a key role in integrating creative storytelling with strategic planning to boost engagement, sales, and brand presence across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Strategy:
- Develop and execute business strategies to grow the media department’s influence, visibility, and revenue.
- Identify new market opportunities, media trends, and strategic partnerships.
- Create, present, and implement monthly and quarterly media plans in line with business objectives.
- Monitor competitors, industry trends, and audience behavior to inform decisions.
Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive media-related income (ad sales, sponsored content, partnerships, etc.).
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, sponsors, and media buyers.
- Generate leads, prepare proposals, and close deals for media partnerships and advertising opportunities.
- Track, analyze, and report sales performance and ROI from media campaigns.
Marketing & Campaign Management:
- Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns across social media, digital platforms, traditional media, and print.
- Work with the creative team to deliver engaging content that drives brand awareness and conversion.
- Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms.
- Measure performance of marketing efforts using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM software.
Team & Project Management:
- Supervise the media production team (photographers, videographers, editors, content creators).
- Oversee content creation, distribution, and campaign timelines.
- Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the media and marketing team.
- Coordinate with other departments to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum 8–12 years proven experience in media management, marketing, or business development.
- Strong understanding of media sales, digital marketing, and social media strategy.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Canva, Mailchimp, or similar.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
Preferred Skills:
- Basic understanding of media production (video, sound, design, editing).
- Strong network of media, advertising, or influencer contacts.
