As an Enterprise Risk Management Volunteer at Lily Hospitals, you will support the implementation of risk-related initiatives across the organization.
Working closely with the Risk & Compliance team, you will assist in identifying, assessing, and documenting risks, while promoting awareness and compliance with risk management practices.
This role offers valuable exposure to enterprise risk functions within a structured healthcare environment and is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in organizational risk and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting in identifying and assessing organizational risks.
Supporting audits and routine checks to flag potential hazards.
Monitoring and reporting on risk control activities.
Assisting with the coordination of risk awareness and training sessions.
Gathering and analyzing risk-related data and trends.
Supporting interdepartmental collaboration on risk-related issues.
Helping track and document incidents for review and follow-up.
Supporting compliance efforts with internal policies and external standards.
Qualifications
A minimum of a B.Sc. in any Social Sciences field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical and multitasking abilities.
Reliable and committed to meeting deadlines.
A positive attitude and eagerness to learn about the Internal Control processes.
Ability to collaborate effectively with others.
Remuneration
This is an unpaid volunteer position. However, a monthly stipend will be provided to help offset transportation expenses.
