The Personal Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, ensuring efficient calendar management, communication, and coordination across teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the CEO’s schedule, emails, and meeting coordination
Prepare briefings, agendas, and meeting notes
Liaise with partners and internal teams on behalf of the CEO
Track deadlines, priorities, and follow-ups
Support in strategy, execution, and team oversight tasks
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
2+ years of experience in a similar executive support role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Discretion with confidential information
Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
