We are looking for an experienced Human Resource Officerto assist in administrative and clerical support to the Human resources department with daily operations, recruitment, record maintenance, and employee relations.
The suitable candidate would be responsible for a variety of tasks including onboarding new hires, maintaining employee records, assisting with payroll, and coordinating training programs.
Responsibilities
Assisting with posting job openings, reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and preparing offer letters.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee files, both physical and digital, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection policies.
Assisting with payroll processing, tracking employee attendance and time off, and providing information about benefits packages.
Addressing employee inquiries, assisting with conflict resolution, and ensuring a positive work environment.
Handling correspondence, managing the HR inbox, and maintaining office supplies.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Public Administration or a related field.
2-5 years previous experience in an HR or administrative role.
Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Skills Required:

Effectively communicating with employees, candidates, and Management.
Building rapport, resolving conflicts, and fostering positive relationships.
Ensuring accuracy in data entry, record keeping, and report generation.
