Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior HR Manager to lead and manage the Human Resources function in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving HR initiatives, overseeing HR operations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies, while fostering a productive and engaging workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
HR Strategy & Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior management on human capital matters.
- Lead workforce planning to ensure optimal staffing levels and talent development.
Talent Acquisition & Retention:
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment for factory and corporate roles.
- Implement retention strategies and manage onboarding processes.
- Partner with hiring managers to forecast and plan workforce needs.
Performance & Employee Management:
- Design and manage performance appraisal systems.
- Provide coaching, counseling, and support to managers and employees.
- Lead employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
Training & Development:
- Identify training needs and develop learning initiatives for all levels.
- Drive leadership development and succession planning.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Ensure competitive and compliant compensation and benefits structure.
- Administer payroll-related inputs in coordination with Finance.
HR Operations & Compliance:
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and communicated.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and ISO standards.
- Oversee HR documentation, audits, and reporting.
Culture & Engagement:
- Drive employee engagement programs and initiatives.
- Promote a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 8+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
- Proven experience in change management, union relations (if applicable), and HR automation tools.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI).
