Day to Day Client-Agency Relations which includes Client interest championship, Client expectation management, coordination and supervision of projects.
Preparation of Strategy documents & Client Billings.
Responsible for overseeing the completion of production projects hereby in charge of managing end to end vendor relationships.
Monitor and assess market trends for brands and competition to develop sustainable marketing strategies for brand growth and development.
Instrumental in various pitches for new business development.
Work to bring program insights to drive enhancements and develop strategic solutions (sales promotions, event marketing, sponsorship activation and appropriate media support) which will build brand equity and expansion into new project areas
Supervise the team to develop a strategic vision and translate it into tactical solutions and results while sharing best practices with team members
Organize internal brainstorm sessions, and bring a perspective of strategy to both the development and execution of creative concepts
Create compelling presentations that flow like a story, and deliver with confidence
Track and monitor all categories of spending for projects and ensure projects are delivered with the approved budget as well as on-time and on strategy.
Demonstrate quality decision making, driven by the understanding of client business and industry/category influence
Inspire, lead, motivate and manage a team of Account Managers and Account Executives
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in business administration, management consulting or strategic planning.
Excellent understanding of business operations and procedures.
