Reporting: Assuring timely, concise, and accurate reporting of Well activity (including Well Location Reports, Daily Reports and Geological End of Well Reports).
Pore Pressure: Performance of Pore Pressure Studies (Pre, during and Post-Well) with support from N+1 and HQ specialists.
Operations Quality Assurance: Liaising with Service Contractors (Wireline, Mud Logging….) to review performance and
improve service quality through regular Service Quality Meetings, Audit of equipment (Unit, Gas Chain….).
Cost Control: Tracking and management of costs related to Well monitoring and Formation evaluation activities.
Know-How: Shares Geological operations feedback and experience to educate and inform stakeholders (GSR, DCD, HQ…).
Mentoring: Coaching Wellsite Geologists (especially Juniors / Cadets) to grow technical autonomy and improve soft skills.
Job Requirement
Formal Education (Diplomas): BSc or MSc in Geology (or equivalent).
