Job Description

Typical duties include:




  • Sourcing and supervising service providers (Artisans)

  • Supervising teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance and security.

  • Proper fleet management

  • Ensuring proper maintenance and repairs.

  • Managing maintenance and repairs budgets.

  • Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations, health and security standards

  • Overseeing projects and renovations.

  • Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts.

  • Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects.



Requirements




  • HND or B.Sc Degree in Facility management, or similar course.

  • Experience in a similar role.

  • Good knowledge of Fleet management and can drive.
