Typical duties include:
- Sourcing and supervising service providers (Artisans)
- Supervising teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance and security.
- Proper fleet management
- Ensuring proper maintenance and repairs.
- Managing maintenance and repairs budgets.
- Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations, health and security standards
- Overseeing projects and renovations.
- Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts.
- Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects.
Requirements
- HND or B.Sc Degree in Facility management, or similar course.
- Experience in a similar role.
- Good knowledge of Fleet management and can drive.
