Role Overview




  • We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Site Management Trainee to join our team.

  • This role is ideal for someone who is eager to gain hands-on experience in site coordination, construction supervision, and interior project execution.



Key Responsibilities




  • Assist in the coordination and supervision of daily on-site activities

  • Monitor and report project progress, site conditions, and contractor performance

  • Support Site Manager in managing schedules, materials, and installation timelines

  • Participate in site meetings and help prepare site documentation and reports

  • Ensure adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and safety procedures

  • Liaise with vendors, contractors, and design teams for seamless project execution

  • Track and organize project-related materials and tools

  • Identify and report site issues or delays promptly to supervisors



Requirements




  • Recent graduate in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or related field

  • Strong interest in project/site supervision and interior fit-out execution

  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Effective communication and teamwork skills

  • Basic knowledge of construction materials, processes, and HSE practices

  • Familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel, Word) and project documentation.
