Key Responsibilities




  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

  • Develop a deep understanding of clients’ logistics needs and offer tailored solutions.

  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of haulage and logistics services according to client requirements and objectives.

  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Identify opportunities to grow accounts and generate new business through referrals, upselling, or cross-selling.

  • Prepare reports on account status and service performance.

  • Resolve client issues and complaints promptly to maintain trust.

  • Coordinate with operations, dispatch, billing, and customer service teams to meet client expectations.

  • Monitor and track KPIs to measure service level and account performance.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, contracts, and SLAs.



Key Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in client/account management within the logistics or haulage industry.
