Key Responsibilities include:

1. Oversee daily security team operations, focusing on physical security and risk management activities.


2. Lead the response to security incidents, ensuring timely and effective resolution, and conduct post-incident analysis to prevent future occurrences.


3. Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies.


4. Manage relationships with external security vendors and service providers, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.


5. Identify opportunities for improvement in security practices and technologies in the internal warehouses and factory, and lead initiatives to implement these enhancements.


6. Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations within the factory environment.
