Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement
- Drive manpower planning and staffing for Operations to ensure optimal workforce levels.
- Support seamless onboarding and timely talent acquisition processes to enhance retention.
- Champion employee engagement, culture initiatives, and employer value proposition.
Employee Performance & Development
- Coordinate annual and mid-year performance reviews and development plans.
- Manage employee life cycle processes such as transfers, confirmations, and promotions.
- Identify training needs and support talent development initiatives.
HR Compliance & Welfare
- Ensure exit management, medical compliance, and regulatory documentation.
- Oversee welfare programs including holiday feeding, logistics, and incentives.
- Monitor labour service providers and drive leave/work-life balance management.
