We are seeking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for administrative tasks? We are looking for a reliable Office Assistant to join our dynamic team and support the smooth running of our daily operations.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff professionally.

  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails appropriately.

  • Maintain and update filing systems (physical and digital).

  • Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and taking minutes.

  • Manage office supplies and ensure inventory is up to date.

  • Handle basic data entry and documentation tasks.

  • Support staff in clerical and administrative tasks as needed.

  • Ensure a clean and organized office environment.



Key Requirements:




  • Minimum of SSCE/OND; additional qualifications in administration are an advantage.

  • Proven experience as an office assistant, receptionist, or in a similar role.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Professional demeanor and customer service skills.
