Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability


• Manage and supervise the lounge staff to ensure a seamless service experience


• Conduct training and development with staff, promoting salesmanship and customer service skills


• Ensure adherence to health and safety laws and regulations


• Deliver superior guest services, ensuring excellent customer experiences


• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality food service

Requirements

• Qualifications in Hospitality Management or related field.


• Proven experience as a Lounge Manager or similar role in hospitality


• Excellent knowledge of various bar products, spirits, and mixed drinks


• Proficient in MS Office and restaurant management software


• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills


• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse customers


• The successful candidate will possess a passion for the hospitality industry, a keen eye for detail, and exceptional leadership skills.
