We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager / Site Administrator to join our growing team and oversee the planning, execution, and administrative coordination of projects on-site.



Key Responsibilities:



Project Management Duties:




  • Oversee and manage all phases of project execution from start to finish.

  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project specifications and deadlines are met.

  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, and provide regular updates to management.

  • Identify potential risks or delays and proactively implement mitigation strategies.

  • Ensure all project work is carried out in compliance with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations.



Site Administration Duties:




  • Maintain site documentation, including work schedules, attendance, inventory records, permits, and inspection reports.

  • Serve as the liaison between the site and the head office, ensuring smooth communication and reporting.

  • Manage site logistics, procurement of materials, and resource allocation.

  • Supervise on-site staff, subcontractors, and vendors.

  • Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and ensure administrative processes run efficiently.



Key Requirements:




  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a project management or site administration role.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.

  • Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and MS Office tools.

  • Knowledge of local construction laws, health & safety practices, and compliance requirements.
