Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer data (SAP, ERP, CRM)


• Prepare sales quotation, sales orders, and ERP report


• Monitor daily sales activities, leads and opportunities


• Assist with preparation of bids and proposals


• Check data accuracy in orders and invoices


• Collate and prepare sales reports


• Manage customers vendor portal


• Other additional tasks as given

Requirements

• B.Sc /HND. in any discipline


• Knowledge of ERP and CRM is an added advantage


• Candidate to be proficient in Microsoft excel and willing to learn


• Microsoft office suite proficiency


• Minimum of 2 years’ experience.
