About the Role:



We are looking for an experienced and passionate Training Manager duly certified to take wide range of Agricultural courses, design, coordinate, and lead agricultural training programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing training curricula, managing course delivery, and ensuring that learners gain practical and impactful knowledge in modern farming practices and agribusiness.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Develop and implement agricultural training programs and curricula.

  • Coordinate on-site and off-site training sessions, workshops, and field demonstrations.

  • Work closely with subject matter experts, extension officers, and agronomists to ensure up-to-date and relevant course content.

  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary improvements.

  • Prepare training materials, manuals, and documentation.

  • Supervise and mentor trainers and facilitators.

  • Liaise with stakeholders, partners, and regulatory bodies.

  • Manage budgets, training calendars, and logistics.



Key Requirements:




  • B.Sc./M.Sc. in Agriculture, Agronomy, Agricultural Extension, or related field.

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in training ti take wide range of Agricultural courses ( Theory & practicals)

  • Strong knowledge of modern agricultural practices, agribusiness, and rural development.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to design and implement adult learning programs.

  • Experience working with farmers, cooperatives, NGOs, or agricultural institutions is a plus.

  • Strong leadership and project management skills.

  • Willingness to travel to rural or field locations as needed.
