Overview
- The Van Sales Representative is responsible for executing sales in assigned routes/territories, distributing products and driving the company’s Van.
- The ideal candidate is preferably Male.
Key Responsibilities
- Carefully map out routes and identify new territories/customers and growth opportunities.
- Deliver company’s products to customers along assigned routes.
- Generate Orders, issue invoices and collect payments as required.
- Achieve sales targets as set by the Company.
- Ensure Van is roadworthy before departure.
- Maintain accurate stock records.
- Maintain good customer relationship and escalate complaints appropriately.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of HND in any field.
- Valid driver’s license and excellent knowledge of Nigeria’s road route.
- Ability to drive long distances.
- 2 - 5 years of experience in FMCG or direct sales.

- Strong customer relationship management.
- Accountability and Grit.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Risk analysis.
- Fluent in English and at least one Nigerian local dialect.
