- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Respond promptly to inquiries on inventory.
- Develop strategies to optimize inventory levels.
- Monitor inventory levels and movements.
- Implement measures to minimize shrinkage.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Train and mentor inventory staff.
Physical Skills:
- Precise handling of inventory items during audits and counts.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items for extended periods.
- Accurate visual inspection of items and records.
- Efficiently managing tasks like counting and sorting.
Requirements
