  • We are in search of a skilled and responsible HVAC Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team.

  • The primary responsibilities include overseeing the installation, repair, and upkeep of our organization’s HVAC systems.

  • The ideal candidate is an experienced individual with exceptional leadership skills, deep knowledge of HVAC systems, and a knack for problem-solving.



Job Description




  • Supervising, coordinating, and scheduling the activities of the HVAC team

  • Inspecting and maintaining HVAC systems, including conducting regular diagnostics and troubleshooting to identify and correct malfunctions

  • Assigning tasks to HVAC technicians, monitor their performance, and ensure they adhere to company guidelines

  • Coordinating with clients and building managers to discuss their HVAC requirements and provide appropriate solutions

  • Developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs and safety protocols for HVAC systems.

  • Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal HVAC regulations and standards

  • Providing technical guidance and on-the-job training to HVAC technicians

  • Monitoring inventory of HVAC equipment and tools, and ordering necessary supplies as needed

  • Preparing and presenting reports on the performance of HVAC systems to management

  • Responding to emergency situations involving HVAC systems



Qualifications




  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Certificate in HVAC or similar field is a plus

  • Proven work experience as an HVAC Maintenance Supervisor or similar role

  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and their components

  • Ability to manage and lead a team

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Problem-solving abilities

  • Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations

  • Proficiency in using maintenance tools and equipment.
