Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Support employee relations and resolve HR-related issues
Assist with performance appraisal processes and training initiatives
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar HR role
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor regulations
