Job Summary




  • We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in a leading aesthetic clinic.

  • The ideal candidate will play a key role in promoting our aesthetic treatments and products, guiding clients through their treatment journey, and achieving sales targets while delivering a premium client experience.



Key Responsibilities

Client Consultation & Sales:




  • Educate prospective and existing clients on available aesthetic treatments, skincare products, and packages.

  • Conduct consultations to assess client needs and recommend suitable treatments.

  • Convert inquiries into bookings and sales through effective follow-up and relationship-building.



Sales Performance:




  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.

  • Upsell and cross-sell treatments and retail products.

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales using the clinic’s CRM system.



Customer Relationship Management:




  • Build strong rapport with clients to ensure a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Follow up with clients post-treatment to ensure satisfaction and drive repeat business.



Clinic Support:




  • Collaborate with front desk and treatment teams to ensure seamless client experiences.

  • Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns, events, and open days.



Market Awareness:




  • Stay up to date on aesthetic trends, competitive offerings, and product knowledge.



Key Requirements




  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in aesthetics, beauty, luxury retail, or healthcare.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional and polished demeanor.

  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to understand client needs and tailor recommendations.

  • Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.

  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends or evenings as needed.
