We’re looking for a skilled SEO Specialist to boost our organic reach, manage paid ad campaigns, and improve the visibility of our content across platforms.
You’ll collaborate closely with editorial, marketing, and tech teams to grow traffic, rankings, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct keyword research and provide SEO guidance for articles
Optimize headlines, metadata, URLs, and internal links for SEO
Track and analyze website performance and campaign metrics using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools
Recommend and implement improvements to website architecture and content for better SEO performance
Research and implement link-building strategies
Analyze competitor websites and ad strategies to identify growth opportunities
Collaborate with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are implemented in the code
Work with editorial and marketing teams to ensure SEO is integrated into content creation
Generate and share regular SEO/ad performance reports with internal teams and partners.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
3+ years of experience in SEO and/or paid search (Google Ads)
Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog)
Strong understanding of Google Search algorithms and paid ad metrics
Basic knowledge of HTML and WordPress
Excellent reporting, research, and communication skills
Experience in a digital media or publishing environment.
