Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries, concerns, and provide updates on property listings, transactions and market trends.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and provide personalized assistance.
Assist clients with information and project update after closing of the deal by the investment advisers to the delivery of the land or carcass to the client.
Deliver exceptional customer service to exceed clients’ expectations.
Qualifications
At least a Bachelor's Degree and experience in the same role for 2 years and above.
