Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven National Sales Manager to lead and manage nationwide sales operations across our diversified sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B industrial sales, team leadership, and strategic market development in pharmaceutical manufacturing, agrochemicals, oil & gas, or home & personal care chemical sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement national sales strategies to drive revenue growth across all business segments
- Lead and mentor regional sales teams to meet and exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain key customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing, R&D, and production teams to align sales initiatives with product development
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to guide strategic planning
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for executive management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus)
- 15+ years of progressive sales experience in industrial chemicals, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Strong knowledge of B2B sales within the relevant sectors
- Proven track record in driving sales growth and managing large sales teams
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
