The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing multiple construction projects within the set budget, timeline, and scope. They will oversee daily operations across all AAZIK Homes construction sites, manage project teams and materials, and liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality and timely delivery. The role also involves preparing budgets and reports, and ensuring full compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
Set project timelines and ensure strict adherence to them
Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple residential and commercial construction sites
Monitor project deliverables and ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are met
Coordinate with architects, engineers, vendors, and contractors for efficient project execution
Supervise site materials, equipment usage, and contractor activities
Track procurement and logistics for construction materials
Prepare and present project budgets, timelines, and reports to management
Liaise with relevant government authorities for necessary approvals, inspections, and documentation
Support and coach project team members on assigned tasks
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
Minimum of 7 years post-NYSC experience in real estate development or construction project management
Proven track record of managing large-scale building projects and supervising multiple active sites
Strong understanding of material management, procurement, and contractor supervision
Excellent leadership, communication, budgeting, and organizational skills
Proficiency in construction/project management software is an added advantage
