This is a full-time hybrid role for an HR and Operations Intern.
The role is located in Lagos, Nigeria with some work-from-home flexibility.
The HR and Operations Intern will assist in HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management.
Day-to-day tasks will involve supporting the HR department in various administrative functions, coordinating recruitment processes, and enhancing employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
Experience with HR Policies and Employee Benefits
Personnel Management skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
