Job Summary




  • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Van Sales Representative to join our team.

  • As a Van Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring timely product distribution, managing customer relationships and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.



Key Responsibilities




  • Deliver products to retail customers on assigned routes

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors

  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse teams for restocking

  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities.

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and provide regular sales reports

  • Educate customers about new products, promotions, and pricing updates

  • Accurately record and report sales, payments and inventory



Job Requirements




  • Minimum of OND or equivalent qualification

  • Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience

  • Sales or distribution experience is an advantage

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients efficiently
