We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Van Sales Representative to join our team.
As a Van Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring timely product distribution, managing customer relationships and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver products to retail customers on assigned routes
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse teams for restocking
Identify and develop new sales opportunities.
Achieve monthly sales targets and provide regular sales reports
Educate customers about new products, promotions, and pricing updates
Accurately record and report sales, payments and inventory
Job Requirements
Minimum of OND or equivalent qualification
Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience
Sales or distribution experience is an advantage
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients efficiently
