Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances in the assigned region, providing guidance and ensuring resolution in compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture by promoting open communication and collaboration.
Facilitate performance management processes including goal-setting, feedback, and performance evaluations.
Develop and deliver effective onboarding programs to ensure a smooth integration for new employees.
Handle onboarding sessions with new hires, ensuring a seamless start to their journey.
Collaborate with senior management to design and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals, especially in driving performance to meet sales targets.
Support talent acquisition activities and participate in interviews when necessary.
Maintain HR records and generate timely reports for decision-making.
Monitor employee attendance, discipline, and compliance with workplace policies.
Assist in organizing staff engagement and training activities.
Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by the line manager.
Requirements
OND minimum qualification.
1 - 2 years of relevant HR experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Proactive, organized, and able to work independently.
