Responsibilties




  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances in the assigned region, providing guidance and ensuring resolution in compliance with company policies and labor laws.

  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture by promoting open communication and collaboration.

  • Facilitate performance management processes including goal-setting, feedback, and performance evaluations.

  • Develop and deliver effective onboarding programs to ensure a smooth integration for new employees.

  • Handle onboarding sessions with new hires, ensuring a seamless start to their journey.

  • Collaborate with senior management to design and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals, especially in driving performance to meet sales targets.

  • Support talent acquisition activities and participate in interviews when necessary.

  • Maintain HR records and generate timely reports for decision-making.

  • Monitor employee attendance, discipline, and compliance with workplace policies.

  • Assist in organizing staff engagement and training activities.

  • Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by the line manager.



Requirements




  • OND minimum qualification.

  • 1 - 2 years of relevant HR experience.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

  • Proactive, organized, and able to work independently.

  • Willingness to work Monday through Saturday.
