Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and collect data on client behaviour.


• Develop and implement individualized behaviour intervention plans (BIPs).


• Use Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) techniques to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviours.


• Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed.


• Collaborate with other professionals (e.g., speech therapists, occupational therapists) and caregivers.


• Provide training and support to parents and educators.


• Maintain accurate session notes, reports, and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Behavioural Science, or a science related field.


• Certification in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) or experience working under a certified Behaviour Analyst (preferred).


• Minimum of 1 year experience working with children with autism or developmental disorders.


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.


• Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in child development.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with data collection and ABA software tools.


• Experience in inclusive education or therapy center settings.


• Additional training in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) is a plus.
