• An experienced HR Manager to  provide full Employee service to the technical and support  departments in an Oil Field Service  & Exploration & Production  Company.


• The individual will support the HR business partner to address  resourcing and employee Service  needs.


• Communicating HR Policies and Procedures to staff members.


• Providing guidance to managers on performance improvement plans and professional development of their line re


• Collaborating with the HR Business Partner & senior management to align HR strategies with the organization’s goals.

Requirement:

• A B.Sc. degree in Social Science discipline or any other relevant field


• The ideal candidate is an experienced, dynamic, and strategic HR professional with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a generalist HR role


• overall minimum of 10 years HR role, preferably within the Upstream oil & gas or related sectors.


• They should be highly proficient in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, Stakeholder Engagement, and HR operations


• The candidate must demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.


• They should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and collaboratively to align HR practices with business goals.


• Experience with statutory compliance and engagement with regulatory bodies such as NAPIMS/NEOL is a plus


• Process oriented


• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.
