Job Roles

The ATL Officer will be responsible for:



  • Checking all the relevant signatures appended on the ATL/invoice by the sales department for discrepancies before affixing his/her signatory

  • Ensuring that he/she must use the price list obtained before starting the business to cross-check customers'invoices to ensure that it tallies with what the customer paid for.

  • Checking specific cold room numbers on the invoice/ATL to ensure that the customers loaded from the appropriate cold room.

  • Ensuring that the details of each customer’s invoice/ATL are kept for record purposes.

  • Coordinating the entry of customers' vehicles into the premises for loading. Etc


Requirements

Minimum Educational Qualification:



  • Degree in any numerically related discipline


Experience:



  • Minimum of 5 years of previous experience as a stock keeper, logistics, accounting or warehousing officer in a reputable organization


Skills and Competency:



  • Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management

  • High proficiency in the use of computers.

  • Organized and able to follow schedules.

  • Careful, accountable, responsible and punctual.

  • Honesty and sound integrity.

  • Highly numerate and honest.

  • Report writing skills.


Salary Offer

N160,000 Monthly.
