Responsibilities:

• Inform customers by phone about company products and services.


• Contact customers to present TPRS services and answer all inquiries.


• Participate in quotations preparation, terms of payment for manager’s review and approval.


• Present relevant publications as appropriate, to customers and explain benefits / advantages of TPRS services over other competitors.


• Provide weekly pre-call plan and report daily activities and refers any difficulties/challenges to Manager for action.


• Assist with the solution and resolution of customer complaints.


• Keep good control of customer list and keep updating customer profiles.


• Perform any other related duties as required by management.

Requirements:

• OND/NCE qualification. 


• 0-1 year experience in similar position.
