• We are currently looking for a motivated and intelligent Graduate Surveyor (NYSC) to join our team and support field operations, property inspections, and documentation efforts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in land and property surveys, inspections, and data collection


• Support the preparation of survey plans, reports, and technical drawings


• Conduct site visits and supervise measurement activities


• Liaise with relevant stakeholders and regulatory bodies


• Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping of projects

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be a current NYSC member seeking PPA placement


• Must have a degree in Estate Management, Surveying, Urban & Regional Planning, or a related field


• Eagerness to grow and build a professional career in the real estate/surveying space


• Physically fit and willing to work on-site as needed


• Basic knowledge of land documentation, title processing, or AutoCAD/GIS is a plus


• Excellent attention to detail and good communication skills
