Job Summary




  • We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, acquiring new customers, and deepening existing relationships with customers.



Responsibilities




  • Identify and engage prospective retail customers through field activation (market storms), community outreach, and referrals.

  • Drive customer onboarding by opening savings and current accounts in line with KYC and regulatory requirements.

  • Execute sales plans and meet daily/weekly/monthly targets on account opening and deposit

  • Participate in promotional campaigns, brand activations, and financial literacy engagements within assigned location.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide timely reporting on field

  • Provide excellent service and follow up with onboarded customers to ensure engagement and

  • Work closely with the Retail Sales Team to deliver on strategic market penetration objectives.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned by the Cluster Sales Manager.



Job Requirements

Education:




  • Minimum: BSc. (minimum Second-Class Lower) In any discipline from a recognized institution or HND (Upper or Lower Credit).



Age:




  • Not more than 30 years old at the time of application.



Key Competency Requirements:




  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • High level of energy, confidence and adaptability

  • Target-driven with a passion for sales and field work

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Basic knowledge of banking products and the financial services industry is an added advantage.
