The Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) will be responsible for managing and enhancing customer relationships, improving client satisfaction, ensuring service quality, and supporting sales growth. The CRM will act as the main point of contact for customers, coordinate service delivery, and work closely with internal teams to address client needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for all customer communications, inquiries, and feedback.
- Manage client accounts and maintain detailed customer records using CRM software.
- Monitor service delivery and ensure consistent customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
- Proactively identify client needs and propose appropriate cleaning solutions.
- Collaborate with operations and field staff to ensure timely service delivery and issue resolution.
- Implement strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty.
- Track, analyze, and report on customer satisfaction metrics and service feedback.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and managing service agreements.
- Handle complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
