Job Summary

• Someone to capture professional videos and create professional stories from the footage of the videos.

Job Description

• The person will capture private and public moments of the company, footage for news, advertisements, articles, magazines and books.


• The person will meet with clients, outline the details of the project (including timetables, budgets, and the subject of the videos), determines what equipment they will need (cameras, ISO settings, F stop, lenses, and lighting equipment),


• Determine the filters, camera angles, and framing techniques that will best suit each task, do some pre-production work (such as drafting and reading scripts, making a list of necessary shots), utilizing databases to store each shot of a film (especially those caught on multiple cameras), cut segments to fit the larger production, bringing the footage together into a kind of story and into a coherent order, etc.

Requirements

• BSc / HND holder.


• Excellent knowledge of the different cameras, lenses, and lighting equipment suitable for particular jobs.


• High proficiency in the Microsoft Office Package and CorelDRAW.


• Excellent skills to work with various video editing software programs, such as Adobe, Cinema 4D, Photoshop, filmora, premiere pro cc, final cutpro, iMovie, etc.


• Familiar with special effects, 3D and animations.


• Ability to edit long lengths of raw footage, sequence clips properly, input music, graphics, effects, dialogue, etc


• Must reside in Lagos and be ready to travel at short notice.
