We are seeking a highly skilled Microwave TAC Engineer with specialized expertise in Huawei Microwave products (RTN series, OptiX, etc.). The candidate will provide Level 2/3 technical support, fault diagnostics, and remote configuration for microwave backhaul systems, ensuring high availability and performance of customer networks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide remote technical support for Microwave transmission systems (e.g., RTN 900, RTN 300, OptiX PTN).


• Analyze and resolve faults including link failures, LOS, latency, and configuration errors.


• Support new site integrations, software upgrades, and reconfigurations.


• Interpret performance reports (e.g., RSL, QoS, throughput) and recommend optimizations.


• Liaise with TAC and internal NOC teams for escalations and patch/upgrade planning.


• Perform capacity planning and link budgeting assistance as needed.


• Prepare documentation for RCA, SOPs, and implementation guides.


• Train field engineers and ensure adherence to best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or related field.


• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting Huawei Microwave networks.


• Hands-on experience with RTN/OptiX series, iManager U2000/NCE-T.


• Strong understanding of L2/L3 protocols, QoS, OSPF/MPLS is a plus.


• Ability to read and interpret microwave link budgets and topology maps.


• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
