As a Part-Time Facilitator, you will deliver instructor-led training sessions to professionals enrolled in our Banking and Finance courses. You will bring practical industry insight, facilitate interactive sessions, and ensure participants gain actionable skills aligned with global standards and evolving financial landscapes.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver engaging training sessions
Prepare course materials, case studies, and real-world scenarios
Evaluate participant progress and provide feedback
Stay updated on regulatory and industry trends
Provide a dynamic and professional learning experience
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (minimum), preferably in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Banking, or related disciplines
Professional certifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CFA, CIBN, ICAN) are highly desirable
Minimum of 10years of relevant industry experience, with at least 3 years in training, lecturing, or facilitation
Strong presentation, communication, and people skills
Proven ability to simplify complex banking and finance concepts
Availability to deliver training in-person at our Yaba training center
