Key Responsibilities

Administrative Duties (60%):




  • Coordinate general office operations, scheduling, and support services.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for onsite inquiries and visitor relations.

  • Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) and ensure the accuracy of academic and administrative records.

  • Support program coordination, including class schedules, student enrollment, and training logistics.

  • Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence.

  • Assist in organizing events, workshops, and in-house training sessions.

  • Interface with vendors, partners, and faculty to support seamless administrative flow.



Social Media & Digital Engagement (40%):




  • Develop and implement a weekly content calendar across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, TikTok, etc.).

  • Create and post engaging content including graphics, short videos, testimonials, and course highlights.

  • Respond to inquiries and messages across social media platforms professionally and promptly.

  • Monitor engagement metrics and generate monthly reports on growth, reach, and performance.

  • Collaborate with the design and academic teams to showcase programs, alumni stories, and institutional achievements.

  • Support email campaign design and execution using platforms like Mailchimp or Sendinblue.

  • Ensure consistency with TSM’s brand voice and academic excellence.



Essential Qualifications and Desirable




  • Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Business Admin, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related fields Certification in Digital Marketing, Canva, Content Creation, or Office Administration

  • 1–3 years of work experience in administrative or social media roles Experience in the education or training sector Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Knowledge of Trello, Asana, or CRM tools Familiarity with Canva, Instagram, Facebook Business Suite, and WhatsApp Business Basic video editing skills (e.g. CapCut, InShot, VN Editor).
