Job Description




  • Schedule and track installation, maintenance, and inspection activities for access control systems.

  • Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for field operations and service delivery.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) (e.g., response times, first-time fix rate) and propose process enhancements.

  • Serve as primary point of contact for clients regarding operational queries, escalations, and service updates.

  • Maintain accurate records of spare parts, consumables, and tools; trigger reorders to prevent stock-outs..

  • Ensure all field activities comply with safety regulations, internal policies, and client contractual requirements.

  • Conduct regular audits and site quality inspections; prepare reports on findings and corrective actions.

  • Generate operations reports highlighting performance metrics, incidents, and recommendations.

  • Analyze trends in service calls, downtime, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.



Requirements




  • HND / Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical), Business Administration or related field.

  • Minimium of 4 years of proven experience working in same role.

  • Familiarity with access control systems and automation will be preferred.

  • Professional certification in project management is an advantage.
