Qualifications and Experience
- First degree in Agriculture, Food Science, Industrial Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related disciplines from a recognised university.
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in operations or production management, preferably in Agri or food processing industries.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations, processing techniques, and quality control systems.
- Working knowledge of supply chain and inventory management systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and operational management tools.
- Project management experience is an added advantage.
