The Direct Sales Agents will be assigned the responsibility of spearheading the launch and adoption of our innovative new banking app through opening new individual and business accounts, direct sales activities, and maximizing deposit growth.
Responsibilities
Actively prospect and acquire new individual and business banking customers through direct sales and account opening activities.
Guide customers through the account opening process, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and opening of individual and business accounts.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly new account opening targets.
Drive initial and ongoing deposit growth in newly opened accounts.
Meet or exceed the account savings/deposits target as assigned monthly.
Requirements
Minimum OND in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
