We are hiring for an experienced Restaurant Manager who can lead and oversee the day-to-day outlet operations.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure operational excellence in all aspects of the restaurant’s daily functions, including front-of-house (dining & grills) and back-of-house (kitchen, store) operations.
Ensure consistent delivery of excellent customer service.
Drive sales performance and profitability.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.
Manage inventory, order supplies, and monitor stock levels to reduce wastage and control costs.
Analyze financial reports and implement strategies for revenue growth and cost efficiency.
Maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-organized restaurant environment at all times.etc.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: HND/B.Sc in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR).
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple teams and functions with a hands-on, can-do attitude.
Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality and consistency.
A passion for food service, customer satisfaction, and team development.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
