Roles and Responsibilities
- Headship and general factory administration of human and material resources
- Recruitment and deployment of staff subject to approval
- Ensuring repairs and maintenance of motor vehicles
- Ensuring repairs and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
- Co-ordination of staff meetings
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of B.Sc Degree in Business Administration / Management, Accountancy, Social Science and Humanities.
- Age between 35 - 45 years.
Work Experience:
- Must have worked in the beverage and water manufacturing industry with a minimum of between 5 - 10 years.
- Must have a wide knowledge of management and marketing/sales.
- Must be computer literate.
