We are seeking driven and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our frozen food products (especially frozen chicken), managing customer relationships, and growing market share in assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly sales targets and drive revenue growth for frozen food products
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned region
Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and end-users
Conduct regular market intelligence to stay informed about competitor activities and pricing
Ensure prompt collection of payments and maintain account receivables within approved limits
Provide timely reports on sales activities and market feedback
Requirements
HND / B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field
Minimum of 2 - 4 years’ proven experience in FMCG, food sales, or agribusiness (especially poultry or frozen food products)
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Familiarity with regional markets is a plus
Must be willing to travel within assigned territories.
