Job Brief



  • We are looking for a pleasant Secretary / Front Desk Officer to undertake all clerical and administrative duties at the desk of our main entrance. You will be the faceof the company for all visitors.


Job Responsibilities / Description



  • Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material

  • Ensure that appropriate approvals are in place before documents are executed

  • Greet and welcome guests

  • Answer questions and address complaints

  • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages

  • Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence

  • Check, sort and forward emails

  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary

  • Keep updated records and files


Job Requirements



  • HND / BSc in any relevant field

  • 1 - 2 years of experience as a secretary/front desk

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and public speaking skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
