Job Summary




  • We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experienced HR/Admin Manager to oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative and human resources functions.

  • The ideal candidate will serve as the face of the office, fostering a professional and welcoming environment while ensuring all HR and administrative processes align with the organization’s goals.



Key Responsibilities




  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure the office runs efficiently.

  • Implement and manage HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws.

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.

  • Coordinate staff welfare, performance evaluations, and training initiatives.

  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.

  • Handle internal communication, correspondence, and documentation.

  • Oversee procurement of office supplies and vendor relationships.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards in the office.

  • Support executive leadership with administrative tasks and reporting.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 3–5 years proven experience in a similar HR/Admin management role.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
