We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experienced HR/Admin Manager to oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative and human resources functions.
The ideal candidate will serve as the face of the office, fostering a professional and welcoming environment while ensuring all HR and administrative processes align with the organization’s goals.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure the office runs efficiently.
Implement and manage HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
Coordinate staff welfare, performance evaluations, and training initiatives.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Handle internal communication, correspondence, and documentation.
Oversee procurement of office supplies and vendor relationships.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards in the office.
Support executive leadership with administrative tasks and reporting.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3–5 years proven experience in a similar HR/Admin management role.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
